TAYLOR RAPLEY
PSYCHOLOGIST & FOUNDER

BSc, MSc Psych, PG Dip Psychological Practice
Registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board. Member of the New Zealand Psychological Society, American Psychological Association & Association of Contextual Behavioural Science

Taylor’s a registered psychologist based in Wānaka, working with people in person and online across Aotearoa. Her mahi sits at the intersection of mental health and performance—supporting people through life’s tough patches, or backing them as they go after big goals.

Before stepping into psychology, Taylor spent 8 years on the NZ Alpine Ski Team, competing internationally. That time in high-pressure environments shaped the grit and empathy she brings to her work—whether she’s helping someone navigate anxiety and trauma, or supporting athletes dealing with confidence wobbles, injury, burnout, or big transitions.

Taylor works with adults from all walks of life, blending science-backed approaches like ACT, EMDR, and IFS to suit each person’s unique wiring. Her style is grounded, collaborative, and always practical—focused on helping people make meaningful shifts, both in-session and out in the real world.

Outside the therapy space, she recharges in nature—skiing, surfing, or biking in the mountains, and soaking up time with good humans.

Taylor sees people Monday - Thursday with current availability. Please get in touch to book a session or learn more.

Georgie is down-to-earth psychologist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a good dose of realness to her mahi. She’s all about helping people make sense of what’s going on, reconnect with their inner strength, and take steps toward what matters most.

Her approach is flexible and holistic—tailored to each person she works with. Georgie supports rangatahi, young adults, and grown-ups navigating all sorts of challenges, like anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and the ups and downs that can come with being neurodivergent.
